WHAT'S HAPPENED TO OUR FUNDRAISING RUNNER?

This year our co-founder Alison has taken on her biggest fundraising challenge yet - running from Lands End to John O'Groats over the course of the year. Due to lockdown she hasbeen doing the running 'virtually' - running round her local area and tracking her miles on her Lands End to John O'Groats App. And she was doing very well...

At 588 miles of the 874, she was well into Scotland, and she'd even incorporated a Duathlon

But after over 8 months of constant running, Alison's achilles has gone on strike and her physio is insisting that unless she rests she'll never make it to the tip of Scotland. What he doesn't know is that she has to get there by end of the year to complete her challenge. But Dr knows best so Alison is now resting for a few weeks and hoping to come back stronger and faster - cos she'll need to be if she's go get there by 31st December!

"I'll hop if I have to." says Alison.

Alison has been fundraising for us all year, so if you could support her and encourage her to get going again, that would be very appreciated, and ensure our letters keep on being posted to those living with cancer, those having treatment alone and those still isolating.

If you could sponsor Alison a few ££ to help her back on her way and raise money to ensure our letters keep reaching those who need them, then please sponsor her here.

Thank you so very much
