SUMMER LETTER WRITING COMPETITION
We want to take the 5 senses of summer to those people living with cancer who are still isolated and cut off.
Many of us are now experiencing more freedoms to see friends and family but for those with a cancer diagnosis isolation is still very real, whether it be in hospital or at home.
To help connect them with others and feel less alone we're running a letter writing competition, asking you to write and donate your letters, the contents sharing the senses of summer, be they the taste of ice cream, crashing of the sea, smells of summer meadows, building sandcastles or just looking up at the sky and seeing the sun.
And we have 2 prizes - a beautiful book of photographs (see below) and a free place to the July Letters Connect workshop.
Liz Maguire - she of Penpalooza fame - will be judging the winning entry. And the winner will be announced on Friday 30th July.
The competition runs from today and your letter (or letters) must be with us by 15th July to our new PO Box address:
