AUTUMN WARMTH - INSPIRING YOUR AUTUMN LETTER WRITING

This autumn we're asking you to share the colours, smells and tastes of autumn with those living with cancer via your donated letters, cards and postcards.

Autumn gives us so many things to write about and we want to share some here with you to inspire your letters:

Crunching leaves

Turning on the heating and making the house cosy

Changing colours you can see from your window or on your walk

Childhood games - conkers, apple bobbing

Your favourite autumn foods - pumpkin pie, root vegetable stews

Your favourite autumn gatherings - Halloween, Bonfire Night,

Autumn fun that went wrong - Trick or Treat disasters, Thanksgiving dinner mishap

Christmas preparations (dare we say it this year!)

Favourite autumn clothes - the scarf you love to snuggle into, the duvet coat you live in from November onwards, great boots

Please do share any of your autumn letter writing prompts with us here or on social media with #autumnwarmth

Happy, cosy writing.
