The object of the charity is to promote social inclusion for the public benefit by preventing people becoming socially isolated due to suffering from physical and mental illness and to relieve the needs of such people by:
raising public awareness of the issues related to social isolation and how it affects those with physical and mental illnesses;
providing education and informing people how to stay connected to ill friends and family using letters and cards;
providing workshops, forums and on-line tools;
facilitating a nationwide project for members of the public to write letters to those affected by social isolation.
