WHY I WRITE #4 - I CAN'T THINK OF A BETTER REWARD FOR AN HOUR OF MY TIME

Every week we feature one of our writers and ask them why do they write letters.

Craig writes the most wonderful letters, giving the reader a window into his hobbies and life.

This is what he said:

'Because it feels good to know that maybe one of my letters maybe welcomed and make someone smile, or just relax for a few minutes when it might be a traumatic time for them. If it can make a difference for the few minutes then I can't think of a better reward for an hour of my time.

Plus, letter writing has become such a distant memory it is good to practice it with someone who might actually enjoy it.'
