WHY I WRITE #3 - I WANT TO PUT A SMILE ON SOMEONE'S FACE.

Every week we feature one of our writers and ask them the question why do you write letters.

Saskia writes from Brazil. This is what she said:

Every letter or card that I write, I write it for a different reason. Sometimes I write because I want to share a story that is typically Brazilian, something that is so normal or common here, but to someone in England is so alien. Sometimes I want to share a short story, be a bit more creative. Other times I write just because I want to put a smile on someone's face. Other times it is to share a little bit of my life with someone who does not know me, allowing them a glimpse into my life.
