WHY I WRITE #2 - LITTLE MISS ORDINARY

Every week we feature one of our writers and ask them the question why do you write letters.

Read what Lis said:

Why do I write letters? That's a good question...and it's not something I’ve pondered over a lot before. I guess what it boils down to is: I want to make a difference in both my career and personal life.

I'm no politician, I am not a leader who's going to change the world, I am not a millionaire that could influence with wealthy donations…I am Little Miss Ordinary me. What I have is a little bit of time, a little bit of compassion and a wish to do random acts of kindness for people, so that I can make a difference to someone that day when they open my letter. (If they lived nearer I would bake them a cake.) Lis Parry
