Letters of love in Psychologies magazine

In the June issue of Psychologies magazine, we’ve had the pleasure of being featured amongst a whole host of our letter-writing friends in Mary Fenwick’s article. Alison shares a little of the story of how From Me to You was created, and some top-tips on how to approach your next letter.

‘In 2016, we started the charity. We encourage people to write to someone they know with cancer, because it is lonely when everybody else has gone to work or the pub and you’re at home. And the only thing you get is pity.

‘Something as simple as a card or letter can get through that bubble. And it’s all on the person’s own terms. They read it when they want; they might reread it; or put it in their memory ox. But they know that you were thinking of them.’
