Interview with Miranda Keeling and BBC Radio 5 Live - 25 minute listen

Our wonderful friend, Miranda Keeling, was interviewed yesterday on BBC Radio 5 Live by Nihal Arthanayake. She was joined by Professor Bruce Hood, Professor of Developmental Psychology in Society at University of Bristol who runs the Science of Happiness course there, our very own Alison Hitchcock and another friend and letter writer, Liz Maguire.

The conversation covered the ways in which we are living in very challenging times, and how we can provide our own interventions of control - how we can respond to the events around us both good and bad. From Miranda's way of drawing attention to small things, observing the things around us, to making the connection we need with other humans with letter writing.

It really is worth listening to the whole conversation - it is approximately 25 long. You can listen via BBC Sounds here - the conversation starts at 19 minutes, and Alison joins in at 47 minutes. We have also recorded the conversation here if a download is preferred.

We hope this inspires you to slow down, observe and write this week.
